From the workshop
We built this pink set to give small batters several ways to meet the ball. The stand holds the soft ball still at waist height, swings it from an overhead cord, or pops it straight up on a timer. When the bats go down, the gloves and catch paddles come out.
Tee and hanging line
The main upright adjusts up and down so the ball sits right where the swing comes through. For an easy target, let the soft ball hang suspended from the cord, or balance it directly on top of the rubber collar.
Pop launcher and bat
Press the lever down with a foot and step back into the stance. The mechanical launcher tosses a soft ball upward after a short pause, giving just enough time to plant the feet and swing the extendable bat.
Gloves and catch discs
The bundle includes pink fielding gloves with adjustable wrist straps along with hook-and-loop catch paddles. A stray hit out in the grass turns into a game of toss back to home plate.
Base and storage bag
An X-shaped base keeps the pole upright when a swing clips the plastic neck. Bats slot into grooves molded right into the base, and the whole kit packs into a drawstring carry bag for the hall closet.
