How the box travels

The short version: we build the toys, our retail partner moves them. Every buy button on this site opens the product page at their store, and from that click the order is theirs to carry — payment, packing, the van and the doorbell.

Delivery speed and cost are set by the store at checkout, and they depend on your address and account, not on anything we control. The honest answer to “when will it arrive” is always on their order page, updated as the box moves.

One practical note from the packing side: hoops and pitching machines travel in boxes bigger than they look on screen, and a standing hoop arrives as parts with a base to fill. Clear a spot before the doorbell, and give yourself the evening for the first assembly rather than the ten minutes before the party.
