From the workshop
The body is jointed so it travels the way a snake does, pushing side to side rather than rolling on wheels. It works on tile, on boards and on short grass, and it swims instead of stalling when it reaches a pool or a puddle. The handset steers it from the next room. Power comes off a charging lead.
Slithers on joints
Segments flex in sequence so the body moves in an S curve. It crosses tile, boards and short grass.
Land and water
Sealed joints let it carry on into a pool, a paddling tub or a puddle. The same handset steers it on both.
Steers from across the room
The remote turns it left and right and reverses it out of corners. Range covers a hallway and the room beyond.
Charges on a lead
A cable plugs into the body to refill it between runs. The handset takes loose cells.
