From the workshop
This is the large board on the over-the-door shelf: wide enough that bank shots work and the rim is not the only target. Padded hooks sit over the door frame, so nothing is drilled. The hoop takes a proper ball rather than a foam one. It comes down in a second when the room needs to be a bedroom again.
Full-size board
Twenty-four by sixteen inches leaves room for shots banked off the corners. The face is printed with a court-style box.
Hangs on the frame
Padded hooks rest over the top of a door without a screw anywhere. Lifting the board off leaves the frame as it was.
Braced rim
The hoop is tied back to the board and holds its shape through dunks. The net hangs from the ring the way it does outdoors.
Blue face
The board is finished in blue with white court lines. A ball and a pump come with it.
