From the workshop

A play counter built from wood and sturdy plastic, finished in pink for a bedroom shop or diner. The main unit plugs in with a charging cord to keep the buttons and calculator chiming without a drawer full of replacements. A handheld scanner beeps as pretend food passes through.

Rechargeable main register

We built the register base with an internal battery that charges from a standard cord. The buttons click with soft sounds, the calculator takes totals, and you avoid digging through battery drawers when the counter opens for business.

Hand scanner with light

The handheld scanner lights up red and emits a distinct chime over each grocery box. It runs on separate small cells so kids can pull the cord across the counter to scan groceries inside the included shopping basket.

Pop open money drawer

Pressing the open key drops the front latch and slides the wooden till forward. Inside sit compartments sized for the included stack of paper bills, plastic coins, pretend bank cards, and menus from our market set.

Market and diner pieces

The box holds a full setup for a pretend grocery lane or fast food counter. You get play food, small snack cartons, cards to swipe, and a wooden organizer board to keep the grocery lane stocked.
