From the workshop
We built a backboard wide enough to hold side by side rims so friends can shoot at the same time. The electronic board overhead tallies baskets, runs a countdown clock, and flashes backboard lights with every made shot. When the game wraps up, both rims fold flat against the wood.
Side by side rims
Both rims use spring loaded steel mounts that pull down and snap back without pulling the board off the door. You get a set of miniature basketballs right in the carton to fill both lanes.
Electric scoreboard and lights
Sensors behind the nets catch each bucket, chime aloud, and update the digital tally while the backboard illuminates. The unit tracks the score until the clock buzzes, even when the room lights are off.
Hangs over standard doors
Padded brackets slip over the top edge of an interior door without tools or wall anchors. The door still swings and latches normally while the backboard stays seated firmly against the frame.
Fold flat storage
Both steel hoops lift up on their hinges when playtime is done. That keeps the hallway clear and leaves the whole set ready on the door for the next afternoon tournament.
